The Harrismith police need assistance in finding a missing elderly person by the name of Abel Motsidinyane Motaung, aged 83. He has been missing since 9 January 2022 after he left his residence at Makwane Village in Qwaqwa. It is said he was visiting his farm at Uitsig outside Harrismith.
His granddaughter last saw him on 11 January 2022 and she could no longer get hold of him thereafter. His vehicle was found at the farmhouse with his belongings inside.
