Plessislaer police are appealing to the community for assistance with regards to a missing person. Sebinane aka Thabo Motloli (35) from Imbali was last seen at Unit 14 in Imbali on 20 January 2022.
He is slender-built, short in height, and dark in complexion. His hair was dyed gold.
