A 30-year-old female suspect was arrested for dealing in Mandrax on Monday, 114 February 2022.
East London Crime Prevention members were conducting stop and search in the CBD area. When they were at Station Street, they spotted a female that was sus pious and stopped her. The members asked permission to search her handbag and she granted the permission. Upon searching the handbag they found two plastic bags of estimated 1278 Mandrax Tablets.
The suspect was arrested and taken to East London police and will appear before East London Magistrate Court on 15 February 2022.
