A search operation have been launched by the Thohoyandou Police to find a 32-year-old man, Maombe Ndivhudzannyi, who went missing on Friday, 18 February 2022.
The man resides at Tshisaulu Maunguwe village and his mother reportedly left him in the morning to go to work at Shayandima location but when she returned, Maombe was nowhere to be found and has since disappeared.
Preliminary investigations indicated that he went to visit a local friend and the duo proceeded to Thohoyandou town in the afternoon but separated after receiving a call from another friend in Maniini location.
The man’s friend alleges that he was left alone at Maniini location but never returned to his residence.
There is no clear description of the type of clothes he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
