She communicated with a person named Jacob Mussa (picture 2) who provided a quotation to build a room with an en-suite in her back yard. Arrangements were made to start the building after she accepted the quote.
This morning (Friday), the contractor and his partner arrived at the property with two of their employees. They requested R2500 as a deposit to purchase building material. The victim’s boyfriend proceeded with two Malawian nationals in their vehicle to a hardware business in Phoenix, KZN where he was expected to pay for the material.
