Skeletal remains were discovered while employees from a farm were in the process of harvesting sugar cane in Blackburn – KZN.
Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) received a call for assistance at approximately 08:08. RUSA members proceeded to the location and found the human remains dressed in blue jeans and a red checked shirt.
According to farm employees, the cane was planted approximately 13 months ago and the location of the skeleton was not easily accessible to vehicles.
