SADAG’s #FacebookFriday TODAY, 1pm – 1:30pm
Very often, we tend to overlook the various aspects that are associated with healing. When someone has been diagnosed with a mental health issue or is facing stressful life challenges, the healing process is definitely not easy to work on alone. For this reason, we will be highlighting the importance of Support Groups for Caregivers and Loved Ones of Children with Special Needs.
SADAG is hosting a #FacebookFriday Live Video Q&A on The Power of Support Groups TODAY, from 1 pm – 1:30 pm. Our guest speakers are Support Group Leaders who are loved ones of those living with a Mental Illness. They will be speaking on how caregivers can support children with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions. Learn more about how to better support and help your loved ones who are having difficulties with their mental well-being. Join us as we unpack the power of support groups and share tips on how to be supportive while speaking to the stigmas, myths, and facts around living with a mental illness.
