House on fire in Osindisweni

A house in Osindisweni – KZN was extensively damaged by fire last night.

Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on the scene and found the residence engulfed in flames. The public was attempting to douse the flames with buckets of water. Fire Fighters arrived shortly thereafter and extinguished the blaze.

According to the family they were seated in the yard when they noticed the flames. Circumstances leading up to the fire were not established. No injuries were reported.

The residence was extensively damaged.
