The TMPD Tactical unit members responded to a tip-off about a shop that sells illicit cigarettes in Hercules.
Upon arrival, the officers found three Bangladesh male nationals in the shop, the premises were searched and the illicit cigarettes were found.
The cigarettes found have an estimated street value of R500 000. The three males were arrested and will appear in court soon.
