The body of an unidentified male with multiple gunshot wounds was discovered dumped on the side of the road on Old Main Road in Inyaninga – KZN yesterday morning (Saturday).
Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) received a call for a assistance from a passerby at approximately 08:44 after he made the discovery. On arrival, the deceased was discovered in a foetal position in the overgrown grass next to the road. His clothes were drenched in blood. Upon examination, he was found to have sustained gunshot wounds to his chest, back and shoulder. He also suffered blunt force trauma to his face.
The deceased is believed to have been dumped at the location.
