A joint operation by Police yields positive results as nineteen arrested for illegal mining

A joint operation by Police from Sabie, Pilgrims Rest, Dientjie, and Lydenburg K9 Unit yields positive results as 19 suspects are arrested for various charges.

These charges include illegal mining, possession of illegal mercury, contravention of the Immigration Act as well as possession of illegal mining equipment.
