The South African Police Service in Mahwelereng have launched a search operation for a #missing 21-year-old man, Dimpho Kgatedi Kgobe from Armoede Village, in Mapela outside Mokopane.
The man, who is reportedly mentally challenged, went missing on 17 June 2022 after he allegedly jumped over the walled fence at his home. He was left in the care of his younger brother, while their parents were away from 11 June 2022 to return on 17 June 2022.
Upon the parents’ return, the man’s younger brother informed them about the incident and they began searching for him around the village with no success.
It is unknown what type of clothes he was wearing at the time of his disappearance and he is described as well-built and has dark spots on his face.
