Seen in this picture is 10-year-old Sanele Goge who is missing from his Hazelmere – KZN home since Saturday 16/07/2022.
Goge is a grade 3 student at Cotttonlands Primary School. He fled his home after it was discovered the he stole R200 in cash from a neighbor, R5 from his aunt, and R200 from a soccer club. When confronted he initially denied knowledge of the theft. When his father learned that Goge had purchased energy drinks and snowballs with some of the money, he disciplined him. Goge then fled and has not been seen since.
At the time of his disappearance, Sanele Goge was wearing a pair of red shorts, green jersey and was barefoot. His father (pictured) canvassed the area and checked with relatives but couldn’t locate his son. A missing persons report has been filed with the South African Police Service (SAPS) with Circulation No. 257/07/2022 & OB No. 2009/07/2022.
