A 19-year-old man was murdered during a dispute over a stolen cellphone in Emasayithini area Amaoti – KZN.
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were called out to the scene. Reaction Officers and RUSA medics were immediately dispatched and on arrival discovered a male lying in a prone position. He was stabbed twice in the chest and demised prior to the arrival of First Responders.
It is alleged that the deceased was attacked by his accomplice after they robbed a member of the public for a cellphone.
