Umlazi SAPS is making an appeal to the members of the community for assistance regarding the #missing Vumani Wellington Shange (30) who is mentally challenged, and residing at Emhlabeni, Umlazi Township. He weighs about 62 kg’s, is 1.7 meters tall, and has black short hair. He was last seen wearing black Nike trousers, a Relay khaki t-shirt, maroon shoes and a black jersey.
