Residents of Mtunzini spent two days searching for Max, a Labrador. Medi Response crews assisted in the search and earlier today, a call was received to say that a dog matching the description had been located.
Max was indeed located and was severally dehydrated and immobile. Medi Response medic, Keane Roberts, established IV access on the K9, to enable rehydration.
Max was rushed to a veterinarian, where he is said to be recovering.
