Public assistance is required to locate 14 year old Cebisile Nomvula Mkhize also known as Kinati (pictured).
Mkhize’s elder sister arrived at RUSA HQ this morning (Friday) at approximately 08:05 requesting assistance to locate her deaf-mute sister who they believe was kidnapped on Monday (29/08/2022) by a local herdsman.
Her family informed Reaction Officers that Mkhize disappeared while walking from her residence to her sister’s home approximately 20 minutes away. The herdsman allegedly informed a resident in the area that he intended on kidnapping the girl. He is estimated to be in his mid forties. Her family received information that two were spotted in Sonkombo – Ndwedwe yesterday (Thursday) and Mkhize appeared to be distressed. A missing persons case (04/08/2022) has been registered at the Ndwedwe SAPS.
