A government delegation led by Acting Premier Nomagugu Simelane, MEC for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison, Sipho Hlomuka, and Acting MEC for Education Bongi Sithole-Moloi.
Here they were inspecting the collision scene on the N2 in Phongolo where 21 people died in a truck/bakkie collision.
MEC for Transport, Community Safety, and Liaison, Sipho Hlomuka visited Ziqalele and Thembokuhle Primary Schools, which lost learners during the horrific N2 Phongolo accident.
Hlomuka offered condolences on behalf of the government.
