The Transport Service Centre in Bhisho was officially opened by Eastern Cape Transport MEC Xolile Nqatha

Kicking off the provincial October Transport Month 2022, the Transport Service Centre in Bhisho was officially opened by Eastern Cape Transport MEC Xolile Nqatha on Tuesday.

Nqatha has described the opening of this new service centre as a step forward in giving easier access to traffic-related services to the people of the Eastern Cape.

“The Department has many good things that it does and this building is one of them, and we need to make a noise about it,” said MEC Nqatha

The service centre will enable vehicle owners to do the following:
– Pay provincial fines
– Pay AARTO fines
– Apply and renew operator licenses

Services to be added in the next few weeks include:
– Renew vehicle licenses
– Renew driving licenses
– Renew professional driving permits
