Suspect arrested in possession of firearm that was deemed to have been destroyed

#JMPD Undercover Unit gave back up to the Taxi Violence Unit regarding a complaint of illegal miners (Zama-Zamas) in possession of firearms in the JHB CBD.

1x suspect was arrested in possession of a firearm & 10x live ammunition.

It was established that the firearm belonged to the government & it was deemed to have been destroyed.
