Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were called out to the property at approximately 21:46 after his family made the discovery. On arrival, Medics examined the man and found that he showed no signs of life.
According to his family, the deceased was last seen earlier in the day. He returned to his room which was situated outside the main building. They discovered him hanging by an extension cord when they conducted a wellness check in the afternoon.
The motive for the suicide was not established.
