Meerkats assited in obtaining their first aid badges.

Over the weekend Emer-G-Med had the privilege of being invited to the Glen Ashley Cub Scouts meeting to assist the Meerkats in obtaining their first aid badges.

The cubs were shown the inside of our emergency service vehicles, the equipment we carry and how we are able to assist those in their hour of need.

Special attention was given to teaching them the use of personal protective equipment especially surgical gloves, and the importance of doing so.

A great time was had by all and we would like to thank the cubs for inviting us.
