Public assistance is required to locate 34 year old Brown Chidoola (pictured).
Chidoola is a Malawian national currently residing in Thornwood, Mariannhill – KZN. He is employed in the construction industry. According to his wife, he left home for work on Tuesday (22/11/2022) at approximately and cannot be located since. He was in the company of a friend, Isaac Robert who is also missing. No further details or pictures are available for Robert.
Attempts to contact Chidoola on his cellphone were unsuccessful however his friend’s phone was answered by an unknown person who stated that they were holding the two men captive and would release them if R1000 was paid into an E-Wallet account. There was no further communication from the kidnappers. The matter was reported to the Mariannhill SAPS (case number pending).
