Western Cape Provincial Commissioner, Lt Gen Patekile, accompanied by his entire provincial management team embarked on a walkabout in various coastal areas within Cape Town to interact with holidaymakers to ensure their safety.
Beaches visited includes Sea Point Pavilion Pools, Camps Bay beach, Hout Bay and Muizenberg. The informal settlement of Imizamu Yethu in Hout Bay was also visited and foot patrols were conducted to enhance #PoliceVisibility and also bolster #SaferFestiveSeason operations through the deployment of specialised Units such as TRT and compliance conducted at various shops.
