The Provincial Commissioner of the Eastern Cape, Lt Gen Nomthetheleli Mene, as part of her Districts roadshow, she visited Chris Hani District to welcome and address 144 newly trained police officers, who are deployed in Chris Hani and Joe Gqabi Districts.
Today, police senior management converged at Wilkonson Hall, Army Base in Komani to encourage the newly trained police officers. The roadshow is to augment the newly trained Constables to be part of the Safer Festive Season operations and to encourage them for the new journey ahead.
The SAPS Senior Officers, who addressed the new officers had one salient message that is for them not to go astray, and also to serve their communities with integrity.
