Welkom SAPS seek help in locating a #missing man named, Junior Mafatle, aged 18 from Riebeeckstad in Welkom. He was reportedly last seen on 26 December 2022 at about 12:30 when he was at Checkers Centre in Welkom with his father. The 18-year-old son told his father that he wanted to join his friends at Goldfields Mall.
He never returned home. Efforts to make contact with him on his cellphone and to locate him at friends were unsuccessful.
A missing person’s case was registered on 27 December 2022 for further investigation. Junior Mafatle was last seen wearing a black tracksuit, Nike sneakers, black t-shirt with green colour, he has no tattoos on his body and he attends school at Edmond Rise in Welkom.
