At Fidelity, we are always there for you. Yesterday afternoon, we received an alert reporting an elderly female driver missing and requested immediate assistance. With the help of Vumacam, an operator was able to trace the elderly female’s vehicle and the vehicle history which assisted our Airwing and SIU ground team , in finding her safely.
The SIU ground team then escorted her back home to her family. Stellar teamwork across our units led to her return!
