The Hawks Serious Commercial Crime Investigation in Kimberley is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and tracing the suspects wanted on fraud charges.
Allegations are that during November 2019, a Hartswater pharmacy’s bank account was hacked and an amount of R6 million was transferred into a Luno account which is registered to the duo. Lindelani Mbatha (38) of Kwa-Madondo in KwaZulu-Natal Province and Ellen Baloyi (31) of Meadowlands in Soweto are both persons of interest in matter and could assist with ongoing investigation.
Members of the public are urged to assist in locating the pair’s whereabouts.
