Not all heroes wear capes, some wear Fidelity ADT vests. While on patrol in Middel Street in the North End area, our response officer noticed a lady who appeared to be in serious distress. On closer investigation, he found that she was struggling to breath and needed emergency medical assistance.
Our officer immediately requested an ambulance and assisted in keeping the lady calm. He stayed with her until the ambulance and his senior officer arrived on scene. The critically ill lady was loaded into the ambulance and taken to the nearest hospital.
Well done to our officer for caring for your community. According to the paramedics who responded to the lady, she would not have had a favourable outcome if it was not for our officer’s actions.
