Hijacked vehicle recovered by Fidelity Services Group in the Kabokweni area

Fidelity Services Group received a WhatsApp message regarding a Mercedes Benz which was hijacked from the owner as they parked their vehicle at a residence in the Kabokweni area after Church.

Three armed male suspects approached pointing firearms at them and stole their vehicle. A few hours later, a call was received from Fidelity Guarding that an unknown vehicle was parked at Rustig Ouetehuis.

The suspects had jumped out of the vehicle and fled leaving the vehicle idling. Our reaction officer, Hlongo immediately responded and found the vehicle abandoned.

SAPS was contacted, and the vehicle was taken to White River SAPS. We commend our team for their vigilance and quick action.
