A Fidelity ADT officer noticed a suspect in Fifth Avenue Newton Park whom he had arrested two weeks prior for copper theft, behaving suspiciously and decided to monitor him.
Upon further investigation, he was found with suspected stolen goods and subsequently handed over to SAPS.
