Public assistance is required to locate 15 year old Bilal Cruze Cele Cassim.
Cassim was residing with family on Hazelmere Drive in Hazelmere – KZN. He was dropped off at the Department Of Social Development in Phoenix – KZN on Monday (29/05/2023) and cannot be located since.
The teenager is a grade 8 pupil at Glenhaven Secondary School in Brindhaven – KZN. A missing persons report with reference number 10/05/2023 was filed at the Phoenix SAPS.
