Public assistance is required to locate 33-year-old Yanga Ntshinitshi (pictured).
Ntshinitshi is a resident of Ntshawini in Stanger – KZN. He has a mental disorder which impairs his ability to speak clearly. On Friday (23/06/2023), Ntshinitshi left his residence at approximately 07:00 while his brother was asleep. He cannot be located since. He was dressed in a black tracksuit and flip flop sandals.
