Scholars from Trenance Park Secondary School in Trenance Park – KZN attacked two men accused of robbing students.
Initial reports from the scene indicated the students were involved in a fight but on arrival it was established that they attacked two men robbing scholars after they were dismissed from school.
The suspects fled prior to the arrival of First Responders but witnesses confirmed that a group of learners beat the suspects with their fists and bricks. One suspect was seriously injured. He fled by climbing over boundary walls.
