The Provincial Commissioner of the SAPS in Mpumalanga, Lieutenant General Semakaleng Daphney Manamela has strongly condemned the incident and labeled it as heartless and uncalled for. “It is the responsibility of parents to protect children rather than to use them as either weapons or shields during fights.
