The police in Hlogotlou have launched a search operation of a 28-year-old woman, Lebone Nkosi who went missing with her 03 year son, Mali Nkosi and an 8-month-old daughter, Keyoto Nkosi who went missing on Sunday 10 September 2023 about 08:00.
It is alleged that Lebone Nkosi and her two children left her residence at Luckau village, where she stays with her grandmother intending to visit her mother who stayed in the same village but they never reached their destination and have since disappeared.
The family tried to contact Lebone on her cellphone but was on voicemail. It is alleged that before her disappearance the victim met her boyfriend at Groblersdal on Saturday 9 September, 2023.
She was last seen wearing a blue jean with a white T-shirt, and her 3-year-old son was wearing a blue jean trouser with a white T-shirt and blue stripes.
The police appeal to members of the community who can assist with information that can help locate the trio should contact the Investigating Officer, Sergeant Choma MM on 079 806 3747 or crime stop number 0860010111 or the nearest police station or MySAPSApp. Police investigations are continuing.
