SAPS Chatty detectives are investigating a culpable homicide case after a 6-year-old boy died in a motor vehicle accident on Nortjie Street, Chatty on Monday, 02 October 2023.
It is alleged that between 17:00 and 18:00 the deceased Linathi Ngalo (6) was playing in Nortjie Street, 7 De Laan in Chatty when a white Quantum mini bus collided into him as he ran into the street.
No one was arrested and a case of culpable homicide is under investigation.
