Fidelity ADT Greenside responded to an electrical box that exploded and caught fire

Fidelity ADT Greenside received a call from a customer requesting assistance as the electrical box next to her property exploded and caught fire. On arrival, it was found the box was situated next to the customer’s main gate.

Response officer Nkuna used a fire extinguisher to extinguish a fire before SecureFire arrived on the scene to assist further.

SecureFire were able to report that the fire was completely extinguished, there was no second explosion, and the customer’s home was safe.
