Six cash-in-transit robbery suspects were arrested on Monday, 13 November 2023 near Bothaville just hours after allegedly committing a cash-in-transit robbery in Bloemfontein.
The quick police response and arrests is thanks to a collaborative effort and coordination of resources by members of Welkom Flying Squad, Welkom K9 Unit, Allanridge SAPS, Bothaville SAPS and private security company.
The suspects were found in possession of firearms and cash suspected to have been stolen during the robbery.
