CERT volunteers together with IPSS Search &Rescue and Ethekwini lifeguards are currently on scene at Westbrook beach where an adult male had gone into difficulties whilst swimming before he had gone underwater. A search is currently underway by CERT volunteers together with IPSS Search&Rescue. Updates to follow.
