Police seek public assistance in locating a missing person named, Katleho Tsotetsi, aged 17 from Thembalihle near Vrede who was reportedly last seen on 17 January 2024.
Katleho Tsotetsi was last seen wearing a Grey Senqu jersey, blue denim trousers, white Soviet sneakers, black wool hat and a white t-shirt. He is tall and slender.
