Midlands EMS control room received multiple calls for a mountin bike rider who had collapsed while on a ride in Cedara.
On arrival, Midlands EMS Advanced life support paramedics started CPR with advanced life support techniques.
Despite all efforts, the patient was declared deceased on the scene.
Authorities were in attendance.
