Counterfeit goods worth R5 million confiscated in Johannesburg

The Integrated operation including the Commercial Crimes Investigation, Crime Prevention Wardens, National Traffic and Brand Protectors resulted in 12 000 counterfeit goods worth R5 million being seized on Monday, 22/04 in Jeppe Street, Johannesburg.

The counterfeit goods which included branded sneakers and bags were seized in terms of the Counterfeit Act 37 of 1997.
