The police in Hlanganani outside Giyani in Mopani District have activated a search to locate an 80-year-old woman, Phephu Rikhotso from Ribungwani village who went missing on 28 April 2024.
According to the reports, she informed her family that she was going to visit a relative in Giyani, but she never reached her destination and has since disappeared.
The incident was reported to the police on Monday, 06 May 2024.
There is no information about the type of clothes she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.
Efforts to locate the elderly woman in the surrounding areas were unsuccessful.
