On Wednesday afternoon, around 13:00, our Centurion crew responded to reports of a shooting at a shopping centre in Eldoraigne, just off of Saxby Road.
A man in his 40s was shot and wounded during an alleged robbery incident at a clothing store in the shopping centre.
The man was shot in the arm and leg. Bystanders assisted in stopping the bleeding while waiting for emergency services to arrive.
On arrival, we found the man lying on the floor just outside the clothing store, with obvious blood loss from his arm and leg.
The patient was stabelised on scene and transported to a nearby hospital in a critical but stable condition.
