A 29 year old man was robbed while walking along George Sewpersad Street in the Verulam CBD – KZN.
The victim arrived at Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) HQ. He informed Reaction Officers that he was on route to a Doctor’s appointment when someone grabbed him from the rear.
A second individual armed with a knife confronted him and stole his cellphone and wallet. The suspects thereafter fled through a pathway leading to the Verulam Taxi Rank.
Reaction Officers conducted an extensive search for the suspects, but no arrests were made.
