Members attached to the National Public Order Policing based in Cape Town are making inroads in the fight against the proliferation of illegal firearms which pose a threat to the safety of the inhabitants of the Western Cape province through the confiscation of four firearms and the arrests of suspects who were found in possession of it.
The suspects are scheduled to make their first court appearances in the Strand Magistrates’ court on Monday, 24 June 2024, facing a charge of illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.
