KZNVIP Control Centre was alerted by an anonymous caller regarding a body that was laid unresponsive next to a tuck shop container on Bridgevale.
KZN VIP Officers responded promptly and notified necessary services for attendance.
As per community members the deceased is a known drug user who sleeps there daily.
SAPS was dispatched to the location via KZN VIP control centre.
