Public assistance is required to locate 26-year-old Lucien Tulkanum.
Tulkanum is a resident of Cornubia flats in Cornubia – KZN. He left his residence at approximately 12:00 on Thursday (19/07/024) and cannot be located since.
He advised his girlfriend that he was proceeding to Phoenix – KZN to visit a friend. He does not own a cellphone. Tikka 086 1234 333 was driving a maroon Citi Golf with registration BM37PK-ZN.
