Three suspects arrested for cutting Telkom cables in Winchester Hills

Yesterday afternoon, a community member heard noises coming from underground in Winchester Hills.

The member contacted Hercules Security. Upon arrival, the armed response officer noticed that the manhole cover was slightly open.

The officer then called for backup, and Fidelity ADT JHB South Armed Response Officers responded.

Upon further investigation, the teams found three suspects inside the manhole cutting the Telkom cables.

One suspect fled the scene, and two suspects were arrested.
